Dr. Arian Irannejad PT, DPT, OCS

A graduate of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mt. St. Mary's University in 2017 Arian has had the privilege of serving the West Los Angeles community where he’s honed his abilities not only as a skilled clinician but also as a compassionate leader dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Arian’s approach to Physical Therapy, fitness, wellness and sports performance is rooted in a deep respect for the individual journey
of each individual. He believes in treating the whole person, not
just their symptoms.

His treatment philosophy is built on a foundation of evidence-based practice, blending advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and patient education to address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. Working collaboratively with his patients, Arian not only strives to alleviate their symptoms but also equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to prevent future injuries and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Dr. Alex Cascone PT, DPT
Co-Founder

Since graduating from the University of Southern California Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, Alex has dedicated his career to outpatient orthopedic care, leveraging his profound knowledge of biomechanics and movement science to pinpoint the root cause of pain and devise effective interventions. His expertise includes professional tennis, NFL and Esports.

Alex's skills have made him a sought-after therapist, working closely with top-tier athletes to optimize their performance, prevent, and rehabilitate injuries. He has collaborated with renowned organizations, such as the USTA and Esport teams (Team Liquid and Cloud9) offering invaluable guidance on rehabilitation and performance enhancement strategies.

Prior to his clinical practice, Alex contributed significantly to research at the forefront of orthopedic rehabilitation. His work at the Naval Medical Center focused on identifying running-related orthopedic pathologies and implementing innovative movement retraining programs using cutting-edge technologies like instrumented treadmills and motion capture systems.

Alex is deeply committed to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their highest level of function and vitality. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds joy in activities like tennis, golf, pickleball, paddle tennis, hiking, and fishing during his downtime.

Dr. Andrew Cole PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT CSCS

Andrew is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with advanced fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy. A Southern California native, he earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Biology from UC Davis, where his work with collegiate athletes first sparked his passion for helping individuals recover from injury and perform at their best.

 

He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California, followed by an orthopedic residency at USC and an orthopedic manual therapy and sports fellowship through Kaiser Permanente. Throughout his advanced training, Andrew received mentorship from experienced clinicians and contributed to teaching and research, including studies on blood flow restriction training and running-related rehab.

 

Andrew believes in empowering his patients through education and collaboration, aiming to treat the root cause of pain while helping individuals return to the activities they love with confidence and resilience. His approach combines hands-on techniques, targeted exercise, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s goals. Outside the clinic, Andrew enjoys weightlifting, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with his dog, Moe.
